Abstract

Beijing, 29 December: Amendment to the Criminal Law of the PRC (3) (Adopted at the 25th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People’s Congress on 29 December 2001) In order to punish the crime of terror, ensure national security and the safety of the people’s lives and property, and uphold social Order, the following sup- plementary amendments are made to the Criminal Law.
