Akshara Ravishankar is currently an FWO Junior Postdoctoral Fellow at Ghent University in Belgium. Her current research focuses on the interpretive histories of the Bhagavad Gita in North India and on exegetical writings in Sanskrit and early Hindi in the period between 1400-1800 CE.
