Authors
The Digital Literary Map of Japan was developed as an international research project between Heidelberg University, the National Institute of Japanese Literature and Ōsaka University. As a case study of how the digital literary map can be used for research, this paper describes the use of poetic places (utamakura) in Ueda Akinari's 上田秋成 Ugetsu monogatari 雨月物語.
