Die neue CIETAC-Schiedsordnung von 2000
Die Geschichte der China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) und ihrer Schiedsordnung geht auf eine Resolution vom 6. Mai 1954 zurück. In der Geschichte erlebte die CIETAC mehrmals Namensänderung, und ihre Schiedsordnung wurde auch mehrmals revidiert.
