Chinas wirtschaftliche Umformung werde eine beträchtlich lange Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Die Errichtung eines kompletten wirksamen Systems, das Planwirtschaft und Marktregulation integriert, könne so lang wie die gesamte sozialistische Modernisierung dauern.
