Interkulturelle Kommunikation im Unterricht des Chinesischen als Fremdsprache

  • Peter Jandok (Autor/in)

Abstract

In this article the author tries to fill the gap between teaching language and culture. A systematic model of linguistic layers which often lead to misunderstandings between German and Chinese co-participants in face-to-face communication situations is introduced. These layers include lexicon, speech-acts, discourse structure, non- and paraverbal communication. Based on theoretical findings, all these components are first introduced by real-life examples. Secondly, illustrating suggestions for their implementations in Chinese as foreign language teaching situations are given.
